Early morning light in Shimla on a wintery snowed-over day in 2020. The roads see a lot of traffic as tourists and plains-persons are heading up to see the bounty of snow which actually brings the hill station to a grinding halt. The crowding of residential urban dwellings in Simla or Shimla is alarming, when you see the amount of concrete clinging to those slopes in Himachal.
