Random people and the people who have come to AIIMs or Safdarjung Hospital stand in line for free food distributed at Rain Basera by Just Help Foundation. The food is being distributed by Ashish Kumar Sharma a resident of Delhi. He provides food at the shelter 3 times in a week to the needy and the homeless who usually come to the hospital for treatment and end up losing a lot of money on food and stay. However, rain basera which is a homeless shelter on the footpath outside AIIMS. Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board is a nodal agency for operation and management of Night Shelter in the city of Delhi.
