See the good samaritan biker who helps out the poor three-wheeler auto rickshaw driver in monsoon distress! A three-wheeler auto rickshaw and a sedan both had their engines cease after flooded monsoon rain water entered their exhaust pipes and also got sucked into the engines from submergence under the All India Institute of Medical Sciences flyover along the Ring Road. Such occurrences are commonplace as water logging leads to traffic pile-ups and flooding in low lying areas and thus into lower clearance cars.
