Delhi streets get cleaned: PWD collects dirt and clears Delhi roads

Ever wondered why the dust and dirt on Delhi's streets are piled into regularly-spaced hillocks of dust and then never taken away, just to disperse right back onto the roads? That is because the municipal folks never came to collect the dirt. Here, the Public Works Department is actually doing their job and they're wearing the correct reflective jackets. Delhi does work sometimes! The dirt is piled into a Chhota hathi, an euphemism for a small truck!
