Auto rickshaws or three-wheelers, sedans, regular small cars, MUV's and bikers all try and negotiate the deep pools formed below the flyovers of Delhi, along the main Ring Road. The irony is that a Public Works Department or PWD MUV has broken down in the same pool of accumulated water. The PWD is supposed to be in charge of maintaining the roads for the MCD and NDMC areas of Delhi, but their own vehicle got stuck in the rain water flooding of their own creation! A Government of India car also ploughs through the accumulated water.
