As the clouds wane and start their journey southwards, the skies clear after two days of heavy rain and then snow and sleet, over the high summits of Srikantha peak and adjoining high points in the Garhwal Himalaya. Spindrift flies around the summit in plumes guided by the lower jetstream as it hits the high Himalaya.
