Discovered and visited in the upper head waters of the Ganga catchment, this wild valley of Himalayan Silver Birch tree forests and wide buggyals and meadows is rarely visited. This lovely aerial view provides an undisturbed insight into an untouched western Himalayan valley which neither locals nor tourism developments have ruined. This is the pristine condition each valley ought to be allowed to remain in. Guess which valley this is! Note the birch forests higher up and the coniferous Blue Pine and fir forests lower down, with a heavily braided stream making its way down the valley.
