The humble lauki is grown and collected for consumption: Gourd harvest at Wilderness Orchard in New Delhi. Rampal, one of our gardeners, collects lauki vegetables from the Orchard gardens for distribution to the wildfilmsindia office team, in the summer of 2025. Calabash, also known as bottle gourd, white-flowered gourd, long melon, birdhouse gourd, New Guinea bean, New Guinea butter bean, Tasmania bean, and opo squash, is a vine which is grown for its fruit.
