The high voltage competition in the Raid de Himalaya reached a higher level towards the final legs. Leg 5 began at Rangdum, went upto Padum and returned to Rangdum. The revs went up as trailing participants attempted to usurp gaps. The 2015 edition of Raid de Himalaya , the highest rally raid in the world was held from 10th to 16th October and followed the route Shimla- Manali- Dalhousie-Srinagar- Rangdum- Padum-Rangdum- Srinagar over 6 legs.
