Uttarakhand officially the State of Uttarakhand, formerly known as Uttaranchal, is a state from the northern part of India. Uttarakhand State Rural Part, with population of about 70.4 lakh is India's the 10th least rural populous state. Total geographical area of Uttarakhand state rural part is about 53 thousand km2 and it is the 12th smallest rural state by area in the country. Population density of the state is 134 persons per km2. There are 13 districts in the state, among them Hardwar Rural is the most populous district with rural population of about 12 lakh and Champawat Rural is the least populous district with rural population of about 2.2 lakh. Chamoli Rural is the biggest district in the state with an rural area of 7990 km2 and Champawat Rural is the smallest with 1753 km2. There
