Set amidst deodar and oak forests in middle Himachal Pradesh, the Jibhi area must to offer - peace and solitude, forest country, fruit and orchards and clean water, trout streams and lovely air. This lovely small tarn or lake is situated in Jibhi district. With a backdrop of thick deodar and broadleaf oak forests, the blue lake reflects the sky and has a walking track going around it, doubtless filled with tourists in season. Regardless, it has some lovely forest and mountain country stretching away in all directions. Jibhi is located in the Banjar Valley of Himachal Pradesh, at a distance of around 40 km or 1 hour of driving southwest of the town of Aut which in turn lied on the road from Delhi and Chandigarh to Manali.
