Madhur Bhandarkar says "I feel good as I have experimented with a different topic last time it was Chandni Bar and this time it is Satta. See I don't want people to compare my other films to be compared to Chandni Bar as it was based on a bar girl's life. However, the subject that Satta deals with is different where the girl is a rebel mainly based on politics." Madhur Bhandarkar is an Indian film director, scriptwriter, and producer. He made his directorial debut with Trishakti (1999). Madhur`s second film, Chandni Bar (2001), won the National Film Award for Best Film on Other Social Issues.
