Two bhutanese women are making the local Maekhu which is similar to indian Kachori. crowds were amazed to see the making of maekhu out of buckwheat, pepper,salt and abit of red chilli powder. It is made with the help of stainless steel roti press machine. once you are done making it in round shape, you can fry it in the warm oil for 2 to 5 mins like frying the normal puri. it was 50 rps for 2 Maekhu's served along with ezay and there were many people buying the same.
