Lengra is a seasonal vegetable available during monsoon. It is also known as fiddlehead fern. First, we will wash and clean lengra before chopping it for a dry dish. Add two tablespoon of oil to a preheated wok. Once the oil is hot add cumin seeds and chopped garlic. Saute them till golden brown before adding onion along with green chilly. Add chopped fiddlehead to the wok once the onion is golden brown. Add salt to taste along with garam masala and red chilly powder now mix them thoroughly.
