At a construction site in India, this hard working Nepalese woman carries her infant on her back, as she does hard manual labour. Doing heavy lifting with her village folk from Silgari Doti area in Nepal, and working in the Indian Himalaya, this woman does double the work as she carries her baby around in a sling on her back, and does stone lifting and shifting for a construction job.
