The colourful fields of Amaranth crop plant. Amaranth is called 'Ram daana' or 'Chaulai'. A very nutritious grain food, light weighted and no fat. Usually dipped in milk and a popular food during fasting days. The next grain, that is being stamped upon is the Buckwheat or Kuttu as known in Hindi. Rajju from Aghora village separated non-edible part from the grain and cleans the grain. It is again a nutritious food with no fat and is usually consumed during the fasting season.
