Did you know of a Goa of rice fields, coconut groves, mangroves, streams and much verdant profusion? The red lateritic soil can be still be seen around the villages but those rice fields certainly have a lot of water profusion from the stream that is bending around them. What an idyllic life in the tropics, with forest, coconuts, rice and cashews? A different side to the more common place image of a Goa of Israeli mafia, Russian drug lords and scummy Indian tourist guides?
