Global Indian Entrepreneurs Conference 12th 13th November 1998, New Delhi: The government of India tried to win over the hearts of Non-Resident Indians. Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee proposed a committee to cater to the issue of dual residency. A promise to bridge the gap of what is being said and done for the business houses of India.
