Ketan Mehta says "Certainly, I mean when the festival takes place where the filmmakers are working then many more people who are participating who were actually working in the film industry will be able to participate in the festival. So in that sense, it will be a very very special kind of a festival." Ketan Mehta is an Indian film director and writer. He was born in Gujarat, and graduated from Film and Television Institute of India, Pune. Mehta`s first venture, Bhavni Bhavai, a Gujarati film, won him widespread acclaim. Mirch Masala (1985) was one of Mehta`s notable efforts, which won him the Best Film Award at Hawaii. In a career spanning over three decades, he has directed 10 films, out of which Bhavni Bhavai (1981) and Sardar (1993) won the National Film Award for Best Feature Film. H
