A display of arms and ammunition by the Indian Army as two suspects with cuffed hands are led by the army personnel. The then Foreign Affairs Minister Jaswant Singh addresses the local media and foreign nationals on the developments of the Kargil War in the Line of Control between India and Pakistan.
