The lassi wallah uses a chhanani net to strain the lassi and also to protect it from flies, we assume. He scoops up some dahi and places it in his mixie, and mixes up a storm, with various ingredients to make a lassi without parallel. Many of this clients fortunately use masks, but the third wave is perilously close, it would seem. The noise, grime and traffic of Old Delhi only adds to the appeal of the cool milky drink, it seems!
