Indian Army personnel rescue stranded flood victims with boats. They move from place to place to rescue stranded victims who are seen sitting on the roofs of the submerged houses. The rescued residents are relocated to relief camps on higher ground. The water levels submerged trees and houses and only the roofs can be seen. Children sleep while some are seen having a meal.
