The Jacham dance is totally based on cause and effect (Karma). The message of the dance is that all the animals irrespective of domesticated or wild has a right to live freely on the earth. The Torgya festival is an Annual Buddhist festival held prominently at the Tawang Monastery in Arunachal Pradesh, celebrated by the Monpa tribe of Buddhists.
