Heavy rain in the winters made a chill run through everyone's spine. Delhi's proximity to the Himalayas results in cold waves leading to lower apparent temperature due to wind chill. Delhi is notorious for its heavy fogs during the winter season. With the rain hitting Delhi it has become colder than what Delhi was experiencing in the month of December.
