Driving along the Tons River, one ascends the valley that leads to the Har-ki-dun in Uttarakhand, and close to the Himachal border, within the Govind Pashu Vihar Sanctuary. The Pandavas went to heaven, at the end of the Mahabharath from the summit of Swargarohini. Is that the Manju Kanda pass that one can see in the distance? Expedition rations are unloaded from a jeep, including a LPG gas cylinder for the trek ahead...
