It is most fascinating to watch street food being made on the streets of Old Delhi on the occasion of Eid. The man here starts with a dough ball and slowly spreads it out into a large roti (Indian flat bread) like shape, then deeps dries it in a dekchi of hot oil. He does all this by just using his hands, making it look so easy! But it must be very difficult to keep the form without breaking it. It's also fun to watch it being made!
