The lockdown effect on Delhi's traffic could well be useful as a permanent move, if that were even remotely possible! Covid19 traffic restrictions brought Delhi's traffic down to a trickle. Hardly any vehicles were seen on the Ring Road in those days! AIIMS crossing has very little traffic, during Delhi lockdown days - ever seen Ring Road empty?
