A scare crow amid cultivation outside Delhi. Ground-water pump supplies water for farmland on the outskirts of Delhi, among carrot fields and mustard crops. A farmer uses a locally improvised tiller to furrow his fields, using part of a bicycle chopped into two. Only in India - desi jugaad at its best!
