On 12th and 13th February 2000, International conference of Contribution by people of Indian origin to their country took place in New Delhi. The conference was organised by Antar Rashtriya Sahayog Parishad i.e., Indian council for international cooperation inaugurated by Prime Minister of India, Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
