While you are travelling in Bhutan, you will get to see the small shop on the side of the road selling an organic Bhutanese product such as asparagus, yak cheese, fresh green vegetables, spring onions, traditional red chillies, Peanuts, walnuts, fruit, wheat flour packed in transparent packets and other eatable items. They work hard to get these items from their farm and gets good money by the end of the day for survivals. They sell the traditional red chillies for 1000 Ngultrum (Bhutanese Currency), 10 Ngultrum for Chogo ( Hard white sweet which takes hours to eat), Ngultrum 180 for asparagus and Ngultrum 300 for 6 Yak cheese balls.
