A film on Delhi with a focus on steps being taken in the direction of water, electricity, cleanliness and the environment. The Bhagidari initiative was undertaken from around 2000 to improve life of the people of Delhi. Deepak Jolly also speaks in this film, and Sheila Dikshit's work in Delhi is highlighted.
