Ghalib sahib was a 19th century Urdu poet and when it comes to my character Digamber's and Mirza Ghalib's relation I can't really say much but I tried developing my character as per Ghalib's perspective with the help of Alam sir. All the information that we could gather from the books or from Ghalib Urdu Academy or from anywhere we tried our best to develop the character accordingly. As far as I am concerned I didn't even know Urdu or have the proper diction for this. Ghalib, born Mirza Asadullah Baig Khan, was a prominent Urdu and Persian-language poet during the last years of the Mughal Empire. He used his pen-names of Ghalib and Asad.
