In a scrub forest in Rajasthan, India, a Hyena walks down a slope, trying to remove a thorn that has got lodged in it's left front paw. It clumsily descends and walks through the scrub forest, sitting down to let its paw get some rest. A Peacock comes close to it, checking inquisitively. Typically, peafowl should be nervous around a Hyena, and this peacock certainly is, but it gets pretty close. More peafowl join in as the Hyena lies to its side, getting into a more relaxed position. A whole bevy of peacocks and peahens join in, to see this curious sight of a resting Hyena.
