Mr. H. D. Deve Gowda says "See if you want to have a uniform growth, we cannot neglect any area. This budget has taken utmost care to cover all those areas which was very essential for uniform growth. The critics today are not based on the implication of the budget. They used to express their views as this is a pro-rich budget.
