Devi Gowda says "If you want to have a uniform growth, we cannot neglect any area. This budget has taken utmost care to cover all those areas which were very essential for uniform growth. The critics today are not based on the implications of the budget. They use to express their views as pro-budget. Normally, the opposition parties, whether hey had any substantial proof they expressed their criticism by differing with the views of the government. I don't want to blame my critics, but if you have got a fair mind to analyse the implications of the budget, the very object and approach through this budget are to have an equitable growth.
