This beverage is suitable for the winters here in India when the temperature drops low but the chai temperature soars. Take a look at how Tandoori chai is made. An earthen tandoor or drum is heated with charcoal and the small earthen pots placed inside the hot tandoor. Once heated the earthen pots are removed and the sweetened milk tea is poured over it. The frothing beverage boiling over the earthen pot definitely makes for a good show.
