Sights like this were common on the streets of Delhi even before the Corona Lockdown but the alarming number of hungry people who had daily wage labour jobs resorting to begging is not a good thing. This foot over-bridge in Moti Bagh in South Delhi looks to be the temporary residence of these people begging for food or a small amount of money. Polythene bags holding their belongings lie next to them as they wait for the mercy of pedestrians crossing the bridge. Is begging the solution to India's hunger and poverty issues? This footage is part of the broadcast stock footage archive of Wilderness Films India Ltd., the largest HD and 4K collection from South Asia. The collection comprises of 150, 000+ hours of high quality broadcast imagery, mostly shot on 4K, 200 fps slow motion and Full HD.
