Is this progressive modern India on display? Then why does this man have to undertake such a degrading task when better systems ought to have been put in place by the PWD and MCD in New Delhi city? Is it fair that he is diving deep into human poop, waste, potential chemicals and gases and other poisonous substances? He is using the most basic rope as a harness and endangering his life, leave alone setting aside his dignity and doing the most disgusting job ever.
