On 8th August 2018, heavy rainfall lead to floods on multiple districts of Kerala. Devotees visit a flooded temple in Kerala to offer prayers where they had to swim to the main temple door. Cars almost drown while trying to make it across the flooded area. Kerala saw the brunt of nature's fury when land, cars and lives got lost in the 2018 floods.
