Trainees at the Discus Throw institute at Sakoti Tanda village in Uttar Pradesh lift weights as part of their fitness regime. The trainees take turns and help each other while lifting the weights. Some of the trainees are using protective sponge pads while lifting the weights. The trainees are instructed as can be heard in the background. Dumbbells, stretches are also part of the work out routine. All the trainees are engaged in intense workout sessions when we filmed this.
