Instant water heater using pine wood: Himalayan appropriate technology

An amazing technique used in the Himalayas to heat water instantly using pine wood and a hollow tin cylinder with an opening on the top and a conical funnel attached to its mouth through with you can water. Methord: It runs on the basic principle of hot water rising and cold water settling down. Once the pine wood is lit up, it is dropped in the bottom of the cylindrical tin. The container is allowed to get heated up resulting in smoke coming out of the chimney attached to it. Once the smoke is dense and intense, cold water is poured from the conical funnel. As soon as the water reaches to the top, it starts pouring out and is collected in a bucket for it to be used.
