Mambillikalathil Govind Kumar Menon also known as M. G. K. Menon, was a physicist and policy maker from India speaks on India's nuclear programme. He says," Well, I must clarify first that one can't talk of the peaceful use of nuclear energy only in relation to and after foreign one. As you know, nuclear energy has it's most important single use in terms of providing electricity and that is the major reason why the nuclear programme of India was started by Homi Bhabha and the concept of his goes back to a period when most people in this country didn't what nuclear physics was and nuclear energy was.
