As flood situations worsen in Bihar, people walk through flooded streets. Flash floods caused by heavy rains in catchment areas of Nepal have ravaged a dozen districts of Bihar so far. Bihar is India's one of the most flood-prone States, with most of the population in the North Bihar living under the recurring threat of flood devastation.
