Street play 'Seven Days of Sunday' by ANKUR the dramatics society of SGTB Khalsa College at Goonj'19 organised by Shaheed Bhagat Singh Eve. College. The play focuses on India's jobless economic growth, which is, in fact, a facade being put up by the government. For a developing nation like ours, with youth constituting a substantial proportion of the population, such developments are alarming. The unemployment rate in India has reached its highest in 45 years. This persists due to improper implementation of policies which end up catering the capitalist's interests. Does the government need to be reminded of its responsibility as a welfare state to provide basic sustainability to its citizens?
