Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee in his maiden Germany to the American shores as a Chief Executive of India did it with a quite candor. Mr. Vajpayee offered in his commitment to participate in talks to hold productions of fissile material and undertook not to transfer nuclear weapons or know how to other countries. Significantly the Prime Minister chose not to respond to the Pakistan's Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif's addressed the U. N.
