This Turmeric has been chopped and is being dried in India, to make haldi powder, at our Wilderness Orchard in Delhi. Is Haldi a spice or a vegetable? At any rate, we grew this organic haldi in our Delhi botanical gardens and have cut and are drying it here in the winter sun, in order to use for Haldi doodh - Turmeric milk and other Indian cuisines preparations.
