With restrictions on visiting historic monuments and tourist attractions, our favourite hangouts in Delhi are getting a revamping. A favourite in the summers, the water fountain near the India Gate is dry and the floor of the waterbody is painted. The entry into Rajpath is barricaded and the smog in Delhi winters is evident here.
