A temporary roadside settlement in Delhi established for families displaced by the July 2023 Yamuna River floods. A row of makeshift shelters constructed from black and blue tarpaulins, wooden poles, and other temporary materials lines the roadside. Residents are seen carrying out daily activities around the tents, with household belongings, laundry, motorcycles, and utility carts visible throughout the settlement. The shelters are located adjacent to a busy roadway where traffic continues to move past the temporary colony. The footage records living conditions in an emergency settlement created following large-scale flooding and displacement in the national capital.
