A village on the hill's of Landour! A village that fills its residents' mind with images of green and mountains, rain and snow, trees and birds. Potential buyers chose Mussoorie for its surroundings, and because it was comparatively cheap. Landour is a cantonment town at an altitude of 7,000ft. Though only 1,000ft above Mussoorie, and just 5km away by road, it is still untouched by Mussoorie’s tourist hullabaloo, probably because there is nothing to “do” . You see yourself surrounded by nature. It's a hiker's delight.
