Due to the nuclear deal there is a cold war in Delhi, and there is heat in Mumbai. Mallika Sherawat's magic...!" Sanjay Chhel was born on 14 October 1967 at Dwarka in Gujarat, India. He spent his childhood in Mumbai. He is son of art director and production designer Chhel Vayeda. Career Sanjay Chhel: "This is a comedy film with a dark, black and slapstick humour, and romance, and adultery, and desk bhakti. There is a bhelpuri of everything in this. The film is about a theater group that plays Mughal e Azam. The comedy and romance run alongside. I first cast Rahul Bose and I was not getting a heroine. Then Mallika said yes, and it was a great combination.
